1. Do you have a physical store?

At this point in time we are an online store, we know that you would love us to have a storefront where you can “touch” the yarn..but in time.

2. What are your payment options?

The payment options via the website are Credit Card, Visa/Debit/VTM Card, Bank Transfer, Linx/Cash on Delivery (3% processing fee).

3. Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to your office or home anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago using a local courier service. Delivery in Trinidad is TT$40.00 and delivery in Tobago is $60.00.

4. How long does delivery take?

Your order is shipped within 24 hrs or less of your payment being confirmed. If you live within Trinidad, your order would take 3 or 5 business days to be delivered. If you live in Tobago, your order would take between 3 to 7 Business days to be delivered.

5. Is a particular item in stock?

All our items on our website are in stock, the quanities in the particular item would also be stated. If an item is Out of Stock, it will be marked “Out of Stock“.

6. How would I know when you have new stock?

We would announce new stock on our social media pages and via email, so sign up for our emails and follow us on Facebook and/or Instagram.

7. Can I order something that is "Out of Stock" or not in our shop (special order)?

Yes, you can order yarn and yarn accessories that we don’t have in stock. just email us ([email protected]) or send us a Whats App Message (476-0449) your item/s. We would need to take 2 days to source the item and get back to you. Once sourced, we would order it and once we receive it, you would have two business days to make pay for your items. If for some reason you are unable to make the payment, your item would be put in our inventory to be sold on our website.

8. Do you do Wholesale orders?

We currently don’t offer Wholesale prices but we do have a “Clearance” section with some really good deals that you are free to check out.

9. Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes, yarn and yarn accessories make excellent gift for love ones. Please check under “Virtual Gift Cards” on our website.

Our Virtual Gift Cards are delivered directly to the recipients email address. You can choose the amount on the card and can even add your own special message.

The Gift Card expires in one year and allows the recipient to choose the yarn and/or accessory that they love.

10. Do you offer crochet or knitting classes?

At this present time we don’t offer crochet or knitting classes.
